A 30-minute video call. We read the documents you already hold, settle the legal basis for your claim with our partner lawyers, and end with a written action plan and a checklist built for your line.

Gathering the records
We name every record the file needs, from birth, marriage and death certificates to emigration and naturalisation papers, and which archive or registry office holds it. With Full Representation we locate and retrieve the Croatian records ourselves; otherwise you request them, or add retrieval as an add-on.
- 04 · EVIDENCE
Certified translations
Court-certified translators in Zagreb certify each document to Croatian legal standards, at 30 € per page. Coordinated for you in every package, and included in the fee with Full Representation at 1900 €.
- 05 · APPLICATION
Application and filing
We draft the complete application — forms, CV, motivational letter and every annex — and review each page before you go. You lodge it in person, as the Citizenship Act requires; with Full Representation our partner lawyers then enter the case under power of attorney.
- 06 · DECISION
Decision, and what follows
We track the case and answer the Ministry’s requests for further documents. Once the decision arrives, Full Representation carries on into the Book of Births, your OIB and your first Croatian passport.
Preparation moves as fast as the records can be found, and it moves faster with help. The Ministry’s review and consular waiting times are set by the authorities: no package shortens them, and we will not quote you a date we do not control.

04 / After approval
The decision is not the finish line.
An approved application is not yet a passport. Croatian law requires every new citizen to be entered in the Book of Births of the municipality where the ancestor was born, and that registration has to happen before anything else can.
We know how that is handled, including for ancestors from towns that now lie in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or another successor state. For clients on Full Representation, all four steps here are ours.
Book of Births
Entry in the civil registry (matična knjiga) of the municipality where the ancestor was born. Nothing else can happen before it.
OIB tax number
Required for almost every dealing with Croatian authorities, banks and property registries.
Passport application
We walk you through the application itself, at the consulate nearest you or in person in Croatia.
Property and banking
As a citizen you can own property and hold a Croatian bank account. We can introduce you to trusted local partners.

or 1,900 € with every certified translation included, plus courier delivery to you (DHL or similar, up to two shipments)
We retrieve the Croatian records and build the whole file; once you have lodged it, our partner lawyers run the case under power of attorney to the decision and beyond.
